Wild Roses Booking Information

I am thrilled that I will have the privilege to provide massage therapy services at the Wild Roses Festival again this year. I am so looking forward to seeing both familiar and new roses this year - it is an honour to be a part of your healing journey. I will be offering one-hour sessions for $111 (taxes included) from July 5-7, 2024 in the Healer's Village of the Wild Roses Festival. Please note, you must purchase a ticket to the festival in order to attend your session in the Healer's Village.

Booking Information

Schedule availability and bookings are completed by clicking here. Upon booking your session time, you will receive an email confirmation and after your massage is completed, you will be emailed a receipt for extended benefits submission. Additional important information:

• Please e-transfer within three days to hold your space. E-transfers can be sent to kikiwin.massage@outlook.com with the password = massage. Please include your name and session date/time in the message. If you are not able to pay the entire balance for your session within the three days, please reach out to me by e-mail to arrange a plan.

• I understand schedules change, should you need to cancel or re-book your session, please do so before July 3, 2024 to receive a full refund. Please reach out by e-mail to let me know and to arrange refund or rescheduling. 

• Cancellations received after July 3, 2024 are eligible for a 50% refund. Please note, this may not happen until after the festival has ended due to poor cell reception in the area. No refunds will be issued for no shows.

• If you will be pregnant at your massage (or require any other specific accommodations), please let Shantelle know by e-mail at the time of your booking so that the right bolsters and supports can be brought out at your session for your comfort and safety.

• Last year, pre-bookings were fully booked before the festival took place. There will be very limited drop-in sessions available once at the festival. Please come to my tent in the Healer's Village to see if there are drop-in spaces still.

• To save time, please complete the pre-treatment questionnaire prior to your session. Your completed questionnaire can be e-mailed ahead of time or brought with you to your session. 

• Receipts for extended benefits will be e-mailed upon session completion. Please confirm eligibility with your insurance provider if you do not receive benefits within Alberta, Canada.

Session Information

Massage treatments will be taking place in the Healer's Village at the Wild Roses Festival from July 5-7, 2024. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your massage to complete the pre-treatment questionnaire, if you haven't already, and sign the consent form. There will be a space to sit and relax before your session just outside of my treatment space. 

• Drink lots of water before and after your session. 

• Please let Shantelle know if you would like her to wear a mask for your comfort. 

• Drop-in spaces will be listed at the tent as they come available and payment will be by cash or e-transfer.

• Please be mindful of your fellow roses receiving their sessions in the Healer's Village - try to keep noise to a minimum.

• Shantelle will come and greet you when she is ready to bring you in for your massage.
